The Magical Meadows therapeutic horseback riding center will hold its third annual Magical Derby fundraiser starting at 6:30 p.m. May 3, in the showroom of Toyota of Warsaw. The Kentucky Derby themed event will begin with registration and social cocktails, including a complimentary taste of mint julep, before viewing the Kentucky Derby on TV. A derby-inspired buffet dinner and cash bar will follow.

The evening’s entertainment will then commence, with an interactive show and mock derby. Guests will be able to pick a winning horse to run in their own races. Local businesses have donated prizes for pay-outs to the race winners and losers. There will also be a derby hat contest for attendees, with trophies, sashes and red roses awarded for win, place and show finalists.
