Carol Ann Haddix, 57, of Plymouth, Ind., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, at the St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
She was born on Feb. 6, 1957, in Knox, Ind., to Silas Dewey Haddix and Media (Stacy) Klingerman.
Carol worked for Aker’s Fiberglass and Wagoner’s before having to quit due to health issues. She loved spending time with her family, and treasured every moment with her grandchildren. Carol also enjoyed art and drawing. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Plymouth.
She is survived by her daughter: Karla D. Haddix; and her daughter: Sandra Felix, Plymouth; and her son: Chad A. (Jeanne) Haddix, Overland Park, Kan.; grandchildren: Piper and Quinn, Overland Park; her step-father: Chester ‘Skip’ Klingerman, Plymouth; and her siblings: Frances Werb, Plymouth; Paula Hinshaw, Goshen, Ind.; Larry Haddix, Plymouth.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Silas Haddix Jr.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in the Bible Baptist Church, 601 S Michigan St, Plymouth. Funeral services will immediately follow in the church at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, and will be officiated by Pastor Royce Ford, Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, LaPorte, Ind. Burial will be in the New Oakhill Cemetery.
