AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley school system will hold athletic physicals for the 2014-15 school year on May 1.

The physicals will be held at Tippecanoe Valley Middle School beginning at 7 p.m. Cost of the physical is $15 per person and checks should be made out to Tippecanoe Valley Middle School.

Physicals are for those athletes who will be in grades 5-12 next year. All athletes must have a physical completed after April 1 in order to participate in athletics.

Physical forms are available at all Tippecanoe Valley schools and must be signed by both the athlete and their parents.
