Donald L. Meyer, 75, of North Webster, Ind., passed away on April 10, 2014, at Millers Merry Manor in Syracuse, Ind.

He was born Dec. 17, 1938, in Hamler, Ohio, to Arnold and  Amelia (Schwiebert) Meyer. On Jan. 29, 1960, he married Dawn Beer, who survives. He worked as a superintendent at BF Goodrich for several years before joining Syracuse Rubber where he retired in 1999.

He is survived by his wife: Dawn Meyer, North Webster; his daughter: Reva (Jim) Hatfield, Auburn, Ind.; three brothers: Larry (Janet) Meyer, Glendale, Ky.; Ken (Shirley) Meyer, Deshler, Ohio; and Gary (Sandi) Meyer, Cocoa, Fla.

He was preceded in death by a brother.
