image002Carla L. Woodling, 46, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at her residence.

Carla was born on Jan. 14, 1968, in LaPorte, Ind., to Roy Johnson and Carol (Ulrich) Gondocs. On July 14, 2007, she was married to David Michael Woodling, who survives in Warsaw.

She was a resident of Kosciusko County, Ind., for the past 30 years where she was homemaker and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 49 of Warsaw. She enjoyed bingo and riding motorcycles, and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

She leaves behind her son: Allan (Alyssa) Hile, South Bend, Ind.; two daughters: Laura (Justin) Vera, South Bend; Ashley Rodendush, South Bend; six grandchildren: Albrie and Nicholas Vera; Bryce Hile; Colton, Rayden and Chole Rodendush; father and stepmother: Roy and Bonnie Johnson, Warsaw; mother and stepfather: Carol and Steve Gondocs, South Bend; and her sister: Sandy (John) Smeltzer, South Bend.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Rd., Warsaw.
