Elizabeth Faith Leopold was stillborn at 6:16 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Ind.

Elizabeth was born to John Paul and Angela Renee Leopold and is survived by her parents; a sister: Jessica Grace Leopold, Winona Lake, Ind.; maternal grandparents: David and Nannette DeCook, Grandville, Mich.; paternal grandparents: Jean Leopold, Englewood, Ohio; Larry and Kathy Leopold, Springfield, Ohio; maternal great-grandparents: Annabelle Samuelson, Allegan, Mich.; Joseph and Joyce DeCook, Fennville, Mich.; and paternal great-grandmother: Barbara Rihm, Beavercreek, Ohio.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 210 S. High St., Warsaw, and officiated by Dr. Erik Ohman. A private graveside service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw
