KOKOMO – The Kokomo Performing Arts Pavilion has announced the free 2014 summer concert series at Foster Park located in downtown Kokomo with an exceptionally strong and diverse lineup featuring classic rock, country, classic hits, instrumental, pop, R&B and more.
Coinciding with many of the local festivals, the summer concert series adds to the lineup of fun activities for area families.
The free summer concerts for the 2014 season:
- Dr. Hook featuring Ray Sawyer – Saturday, June 7
- Ribfest (final lineup TBA, headliner announced on April 11) – Friday and Saturday, June 13-14
- Kingdom Come Festival (final lineup TBA) – Friday & Saturday, June 20-21
- Kokomo Symphony Orchestra feat. Satisfaction (Rolling Stones Tribute) – Saturday, June 28
- Haynes Apperson Festival – Molly Hatchet, Roger’s Ritual – Thursday, July 3
- Haynes Apperson Festival – Here Come the Mummies, 26 West – Friday, July 4
- Haynes Apperson Festival – .38 Special, Flyin’ Blind – Saturday, July 5
- The Stray Cat, Lee Rocker and Band – Saturday, July 19
- Cyclefest – Brian Howe (former lead singer of Bad Company), 26 West – Saturday, July 26
- Weberfest – Cracker Mike Milligan and Steam Shovel, Anthems, Easthills and The Ready Stance – Saturday, Aug. 2

All concerts are family friendly, so bring your lawn chairs, blankets and even a picnic for a free event packed with fantastic entertainment.
