Richard K. Lunn, Jr., 63, of Bremen, Ind., passed away on Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, in the Elkhart Hospice House.

Richard was born on April 5, 1951, in Bremen, Ind., to Richard K. and Lulu L. Volquardson Lunn, Sr. He was a graduate of Bremen High School, with the class of 1969. On June 24, 1995, he married Sue Snyder, she preceded him in death. Richard and Sue Dalton were united in marriage in June of 2002, she survives him.

Richard worked for numerous years at Fairmont Homes and Bremen Bearings. Richard was well known around the Lake of the Woods and Bremen communities. He was a lifelong resident of the area, and loved the outdoors. He was a skilled hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter: Crystal Nichols, Nappanee; two step-children: Robert and Angela Wordleman; two sisters: Barbara and Linda; and numerous grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, in the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. A memorial service for Richard will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12. Burial will take place at a later date in the Bremen Cemetery, Bremen.

In Lieu of flowers, the family would like all contributions to be made to the Center for Hospice.
