Honeywell Music Series Features Celtica Band
WABASH – The second performance in the three show Dinner Chamber Music Series will feature the five-member Celtica. This multi-talented group of musicians will play a wide-range of instruments including hammered dulcimer, bowed psaltery, fiddle, uilleann pipes, penny whistle, hurdy gurdy, field organ, guitar, mandolin, banjo, vocals and more.
Celtica’s performances excite and captivate audiences with a wide range of ballads, upbeat tunes and even some original pieces. Their concert will be held at The Honeywell Center at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 13. Sponsors for this performance are Douglas C. Lehman P.C. and Minda Lehman.
Celtica is a progressive Celtic band consisting of musical founder Tammera Lane and guitarist Tim Dooley who create a mood and sound that is uniquely their own. Also included in the Celtica line-up for Thursday is guitarist Jeff Foster, fiddler Carolyn Dutton, and bagpiper Greg Lamar.
The Dinner and Chamber Music Series is open to the public and takes place in the Honeywell Room. Tickets are $55 per person for dinner and music and $25 for music only. For more information or to purchase tickets, call 260-563-1102.
