Shauna Rae Collins, 33, North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 7:33 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2013, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was born in Blue Field, W.V. to Rocky and Barbara (Roberts) Addair Sr. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1999 and attended Indiana Tech, Warsaw, Ind., for one year. On Oct. 15, 2010, she married Steven Collins Sr. 

Shauna was employed at Biomet, Warsaw, for the past 7 years. She and her family enjoyed camping.

She is survived by her husband; one son: Steven Ray Collins Jr., North Manchester; one daughter: Shelby Rae Collins, North Manchester; her parents: Rocky Addair Sr., Liberty Mills, Ind.; Barbara Roberts, North Vernon, Ind.; one brother: Rocky (Lyndsy) Addair Jr., Liberty Mills, Ind.; four sisters: Dawn Addair, North Manchester; Cera Gail Addair, Liberty Mills; Samantha Addair, North Manchester; and Mandy Mullins, Fort Wayne, Ind. 

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 29, at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 29, at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Reverend Donald Chadwick will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool, Ind.
