Juan J. Cervantes, 34, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 1:06 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2014, in Lutheran Medical in Fort Wayne, Ind.

He was born June 9, 1980, in Mission Hills, Calif.  

Juan lived in Kosciusko County, Ind., the last 9 years. He worked at Warsaw Metal Products.

He is survived by his parents: Cireno and Maria Cervantes Sr., San Fernando Valley, Calif.; two sisters: Darlene Cervantes, Pacoima, Calif.; Jessica Cervantes, Pacoima, Calif.; a brother: Cireno Cervantes Jr., Warsaw, Ind.; and his grandmother: Guadalupe Nunez Cervantes, Guanajuato, Mexico.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Services will be in Mission Hills, Calif.
