Connie Sue Jackson, 54, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:10 p.m. Sunday, June 15, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was born March 20, 1960, to Cal and Betty (Baugher) Hackworth in Warsaw. Connie worked for Holiday Inn, Warsaw, and also was a cook for the American Legion Post 258 in Pierceton, Ind.

She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Ind. Connie never knew a strange she was always giving with a big heart. She was a donor for IOPO and she is still giving.

She is survived by two sisters: Carol (Ben) Cretcher, Bourbon, Ind.; and Christi (Roy) Bell, Osceola, Ind.; her father: Cal (Cyndi) Hackworth, Lake Wales, Fla.; and two grandchildren: Aaron Roberts and Kiara Yeazel.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother: Robert Ryan Yeazel.

Interment will be private at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Pastor Bob Brown officiating.
