• Dyan Nikole Bowser, 21, 103 E. Keith St., Pierceton, arrested for dealing/delivering/manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $20,000 surety
• William Joseph Starbuck, 28, 105 W. Effie Mae St., North Webster, arrested for failure to appear for A Misdemeanor charge. Bond: $500 cash
• Heather Rene Bonewitz, 36, 3529 N. Barbee Rd., Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving – unreasonable high or low speed. Bond: $1,000 cash
