Lisa Anne Fawley, 57, North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 4:45 a.m. Monday, June 2, 2014, in Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, Ind. 

She was born Feb. 13, 1957, in Kosciusko County, Ind., to Robert S. and Marita (Tucker) Boggs. She graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1975 and from Grace College in 1979. She received her master’s degree from Manchester College in 1986.

On June 13, 1981, she married Jay Fawley.

Lisa taught physical education for many years in the Manchester and Tippecanoe Valley school systems. She coached gymnastics and track at Tippecanoe Valley Schools. She was a member of First Brethren Church, North Manchester. 

She is survived by her husband: Jay Fawley, North Manchester, Ind.; one son: Ian (Kathryn) Fawley, Salem, Ore.; her parents: Robert S. and Marita Boggs, Warsaw, Ind.; and one brother: Brett (Sarah) Boggs, Akron, Ind.  

Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, June 5, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 SR 114 W., North Manchester. Services will follow at 4 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Pastor Kurt Stout will officiate. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
