Vivian L. Morris, 83, North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 6:45 p.m. Monday, May 26, 2014, in Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, Ind. 

She was born Feb. 6, 1931, in Plymouth, Ind., to Gorman and Nina (Ross) Zook. She graduated from McCune (Kansas) High School in 1948 and attended Manchester College for 2 years. On June 23, 1949, she married Arden Morris. He preceded her in death. 

She was a homemaker, member of Bruderhauf at Farmington, Penn., 1957-1961 and attended Manchester Church of the Brethren, North Manchester.

Vivian is survived by seven sons: Thomas Morris, Broken Arrow, Okla.; Ronald Morris, Wagoner, Okla.; Timothy W. Morris, Broken Arrow; Charles Morris, Colfax, Calif.; Kenneth Morris, Jeannette, Penn.; Larry Morris, Sacramento, Calif.; and David Morris, Pollock Pines, Calif.; two daughters: Louise Morris, Holualoa, Hawaii; Karen Huffman, Clovis, Calif.; two brothers: Harold Zook, Grove, Okla.; and Loren Zook, Texas; 20 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.  

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, June 1, at Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East St., North Manchester. Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday, June 1, at Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East St., North Manchester. Pastor Kurt Borgmann will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Fairview Cemetery, Servia, Ind. Arrangements are entrusted to McKee Mortuary, North Manchester.
