Jeanette Rose Ray, 87, of Mount Morris, Ill., and formerly of Columbia City, Ind., passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Pine Crest Manor, Mount Morris.

She was born Jan. 16, 1927, in Columbia City to Alvin and Lucille Ray.

She is survived by a sister: Thelma (Bill) Messer, Mount Morris.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers: James Ray, Alvin Ray and Jack Ray.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Ind.
