WARSAW – The Warsaw wrestling team came up on the short end of a conference match Thursday night.

Visiting Goshen topped the Tigers 51-15 in Northern Lakes Conference action at WCHS.

Warsaw was led by the winning trio of Kyle Hatch (106), Spencer Gariess (138) and Andrew Brock (heavyweight).

The Tigers are now 6-12 overall and 2-4 in the NLC.

Warsaw won the junior varsity competition by an 18-16 final.

Winning for the JV Tigers were Jorge Meyo (132), Jeff Maier (145) and Anthony Penn (heavyweight).

Warsaw hosts Concord in its final NLC match of the regular season Tuesday night. The Tigers will then take part in the NLC Meet at Concord on Jan. 25.
