ML Motorsports, citing a lack of sponsorship, has closed its doors after 15 years.

The Warsaw-based NASCAR team released driver Johanna Long from the team in mid-December. Hearing rumors that the business was closing, StaceyPageOnline.com called ML Motorsports twice this week. On Tuesday, an employee who answered the phone said the business was “reorganizing,” but had no idea what was happening. 

Most of ML Motorsports equipment has been sold off, according to Tireball.com, but no buyer has been announced. The race shop has also been placed for sale.
