Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Monday, Jan. 13, 8:31 p.m. Jennie Green of Warsaw reported someone got into her Facebook account.
• Monday, Jan. 13, 11:33 a.m. A domestic battery was reported in the 200 block of South Elm Street, Etna Green.
• Monday, Jan. 13, 10:58 a.m. Sheila Baker of Etna Green reported an attempted fraud.
• Monday, Jan. 13, 12 a.m. Robert Brilliandt of Warsaw reported a theft from his banking account.

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Monday, Jan. 13, 9:35 p.m. Officers were called to the 600 block of East Clark Street for a suicidal subject.
• Monday, Jan. 13, 12:09 p.m. An officer at the Warsaw Police Department arrested Misty Dawn Warren, 36, of Winona Lake, in the station lobby for battery on law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
• Monday, Jan. 13, 12:51 a.m. Mickey Dean Tubbs II of Leesburg was arrested in the 900 block of Lake City Highway/Anchorage Road for possession of marijuana, reckless possession of paraphernalia and dealing marijuana. Officers located more than $300 cash and several sealed bags of marijuana in his vehicle.
