• Dakota James Tarver, 18, 3169 S. 575 E., Pierceton, arrested for theft under $100,000. Bond: $2,000 surety
• Tony Van Fountain, 19, 1829 Cambridge Dr., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia, criminal conversion and possession of salvia/synthetic cannabinoid. Bond: $2,850 cash
• Rhonda Pearl Harrington, 31, 951 W. Vanburen St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Bond: $10,000 surety
• Andrew Mitchell Ormanovich, 21, homeless, arrested for theft under $100,000. Bond: $1,000 cash
