Edward YarianEdward Yarian 64, of Etna Green, Ind., passed away at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014, in Warsaw Meadows where he was a resident, Warsaw, Ind.

Ed was born the son of Claude Edward “Murph” and Angeline (Ann) Walters Yarian on Aug. 27, 1949, in Warsaw. He has been a lifelong resident of the area. He first married Kathy I. (Collins) Wilson and later married Jane McFarland on April 28, 1994, who survives.

Ed had worked for Indiana Department of Revenue as an auditor and was a Certified Public Accountant. He also had worked for U.S. Tobacco as a salesman for Skoal Tobacco and he sold sports memorabilia for Midwest Sports Cards and Photos. He was a graduate of Triton High School and continued his education at Manchester College where he obtained his degree. In his spare time he loved sports, antiques, auctions and spending time his grandchildren and family.

Ed is survived by his wife: Jane; and his children: Michelle (Dean) Ousley, Bourbon, Ind.; Patricia (Brandon) Gall, Milford, Ind.; Crystal (Sam) Wallington, Wellman, Iowa; Matt and Kelly Neff and Adam Neff, all of Bourbon; Amber Neff, Elkhart, Ind.; and Samantha Neff, Bourbon; 20 grandchildren and his mother: Angeline (Ann) Yarian, Bourbon.

He was preceded in death by his father: Claude Yarian; a brother: Randy; and a son: Thad Neff.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 22, will be a time to share memories with the family at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, 115 S. Main St., Bourbon. A celebration of Ed’s life will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Gail Law officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.

The family request memorial contributions are made to the family to assist with final expenses.
