Laura S. Miller. 76, of Milford, Ind., passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014, in the Elkhart Hospice House.

Laura was born Jan. 3, 1938, in Norfolk, Virginia to Walter and Thelma (Trinkle) Blessing. She married David Miller on Nov. 8, 1962; he survives.

Laura loved her family and was always involved in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives. She had a love for all people and enjoyed talking and spending time with them. She attended the Maranatha Fellowship Church with her husband.

She is survived by her husband: David; six children: Gayle (Patrick) Hadley, Alaska; Karen Aiken, Florida; Mark (Angie) Miller, Alaska; Donna Miller, Syracuse, Ind.; Andrew Miller, Fort Wayne, Ind.; and LeAnn (Mark) Osborn, Nappanee, Ind.; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers: Robert Blessing, Florida; Charles (JoAnn) Blessing, Georgia; and a sister: Dorothy (Allen) Cordell, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.

Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 16, at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 17, at the Maranatha Fellowship Church in Nappanee. Pastor Michael Peterson will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
