James R. Flecker has joined the Syracuse law firm of Green, Cates & Grossnickle LLP.

Flecker, an Elkhart native, studied at Ball State University earning his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and an associate’s degree in foundations of business. He then went to law school at Valparaiso University and received his Masters of Business Association from Ball State.

After being admitted to the Indiana bar, Flecker was also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana, and the Southern District of Indiana.

Prior to practicing law in Syracuse, Flecker worked in Valparaiso where he focused in matters of real estate and business entities. He now focuses on areas of the general practice of law including real estate, business entities, civil litigation and criminal defense.

Flecker is a member of the Indiana, Kosciusko County, Porter County and American bar associations.
