The Kosciusko Human Resources Association is hosting a special workshop on employment law, Equal Employment Opportunity updates and information on the Family and Medical Leave Act.

The public is invited to attend a special workshop to be held from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Russell Center in Winona Lake. Registration and breakfast will be from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

This workshop is being provided at no cost and will be led by Mitzi Martin, a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.

Mitzi will deliver a bountiful basket of recent cases from federal district and circuit courts and provide a review of the EEOC’s docket filings and dispositions of cases in 2013. This session will identify high risk areas of concern.
