Evelyn M. Hyde, 69, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 11:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.

She was born June 16, 1944, in Warsaw, to Ira R. and Annabelle (Tyson) Pratt. On June 17, 1960, she married Ira L. Hyde in Warsaw.

Evelyn was a homemaker and member of American Legion Auxiliary Post #49. She loved calling back Bingo cards with her husband as the caller and equally loved chatting with the Bingo players. She also enjoyed puzzle books and was always there for her family.

She is survived by her husband: Ira Hyde, Warsaw; four sons: Ira Robert (Tammy) Hyde, Warsaw; Sammy (Robin) Hyde, Warsaw; Richard Hyde, Warsaw; and Harold (Jane) Hyde, Logansport, Ind.; two daughters: Sharon (Matt) Wagoner, Warsaw; and Idris Chestnut, Warsaw; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two sisters: Karen Heeter, Warsaw; and Mary Louise Baker, Pierceton, Ind.; three brothers: Ira L. (Mary Jo) Pratt, Goshen, Ind.; Charles (Lorreta) Pratt, Warsaw; and Ronald (Kim) Pratt, Pierceton; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three daughters: Brenda Sheetz, Anna May Hyde and Lillian Marie Hyde; a stillborn infant; an unborn infant; a grandson: Andrew Wagoner; her parents: Ira R. and Annabelle Pratt; a brother: Robert Pratt; and a sister: Carol Ann Ditton.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Bishop Richard Campbell of New Vision Church, Warsaw, officiating. Burial is to follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
