Shawn Minglin, 35, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.

He was born May 1, 1978, in Warsaw to Richard J. and Debra (Bell) Minglin. He attended Warsaw Community High School and was a lifetime resident of Warsaw.

Shawn enjoyed building models and tinkering with almost anything.

He is survived by a son: Christopher, at home; his mother: Debra Minglin, Warsaw; a brother: Aaron Minglin, Warsaw; and a sister: Stephanie (Bryon) Myers, Akron, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Robert Metzger of Mount Hope United Methodist Church, Leiters Ford, Ind. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
