HAMLET – The fourth time was the charm for the Triton volleyball team Tuesday night.

The Trojans made it four wins this season over Argos.

Triton’s latest win over the Dragons came by a 25-20, 25-15, 25-16 count in a first-round matchup of the Class 1-A Oregon-Davis Sectional.

Lauren Howstrawser and Jaela Meister led the offense for Triton with seven kills each in the win.

Casey Scott topped the defense for the Trojans with 12 digs.

Triton will play South Central Thursday at 6 p.m. in a sectional semifinal. South Central defeated LaCrosse 25-15, 25-22, 25-21 in the other contest Tuesday night.

The second semifinal Thursday, at approximately 7:30, pits host Oregon-Davis versus Culver.

The sectional championship match is scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m.
