IMG_0020Amaya Hoyt and Becca King were two of the 26 Warsaw Christian School students who picked 1,800 pounds of apples from the Orchard Restoration Project to donate to local food banks.

A representative from Our Father’s House explained to 13 families how the apples would be made into applesauce, apple butter and pies to feed people who only get one meal a day. Many who receive a meal enjoy it at Our Father’s House on Argonne Road, Warsaw.
