Delores I. Kats, 75, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 12:42 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at Kosciusko Community Hospital of Warsaw.

She was born May 10, 1938, in Crown Point, Ind., to Clifford Brumbaugh and Mildred (Brownbridge) Spurr. She was married to Richard Flamme, who passed away in 2011, and to William Kats, who passed away in 2006.

Delores had been a resident of Kosciusko County, Ind., since 1975 where she worked as a cashier for 16 years at Owens Supermarket on Center Street in Warsaw.

She is survived by her two sons: James (Lori) Kats, Rochester, Ind.; Michael (Shelly) Kats, Warsaw; two daughters: Gail (Jerry) Mullins, Claypool, Ind.; Connie Flamme, Warsaw; 20 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her sister: Shirley Williams, Indianapolis, Ind.

She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; and her son: Lyle Flamme.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Rd., Warsaw. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home Pastor Tom Miller.
