Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department

Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

  • Monday, Oct. 14, 3:06 a.m. Woman struck a parked vehicle in Whispering Trailer Park in Warsaw. Driver was cited for never being licensed.
  • Saturday, Oct. 12, 7:28 p.m. Violation of invasion of privacy order reported in South Whitley.
  • Saturday, Oct. 12, 12:15 p.m. Chanda Rodriguez reported the theft of her license plate from her home in Pierceton.
  • Saturday, Oct. 12, 8:13 a.m. Carlos Rico reported the theft of a trailer from his home in Leesburg.
  • Friday, Oct. 11, 1:30 p.m. Kent Little reported someone drove an ATV through his bean field in Silver Lake.
  • Friday, Oct 11, 11:06 a.m. Larry Ellison of Warsaw reported credit card fraud.
  • Friday, Oct. 11, 10:00 a.m. Report of theft and vandalism at a vacant house at the 100 block of High Street in Silver Lake.
  • Friday, Oct. 11 7:28 a.m. Michael Kevin Miller reported a non-traffic accident at 100 block of Canal Street in Leesburg.

Warsaw Police Department

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

  • Sunday, Oct. 13, 6:12 p.m. Daniel Harstine reported burglary at the 2500 block of Center Street in Warsaw.
  • Sunday, Oct. 13, 1:03 a.m. Officers responded to a suicide attempt at Central Park, Warsaw.
  • Sunday, Oct. 13, 12:46. Michelle Harsha reported she left her purse at Culver’s restaurant in Warsaw and believes it was stolen.
  • Saturday, Oct 12, 2:46 p.m. Report of juvenile runaway fleeing from law enforcement in the 500 block of Center Street in Warsaw.
  • Friday, Oct. 11, 11:05 p.m. Elizabeth Przewoznik reported an attempted burglary at her home in Warsaw.
  • Friday, Oct. 11, 5:46 p.m. B.B. gun and latex gloves found at 1500 block of Dot Street in Warsaw.
  • Friday, Oct. 11, 2:30 p.m. Female reported stalking and harassment in the 2100 block of Fort Wayne Street.
