Saul Vallin, 42, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and formerly of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, in his residence.
On May 15, 1971, he was born in Warsaw to Salvadore and Marina (Aguirre) Vallin. He was united in marriage to Rebecca Jimenez on June 1, 1990, in Warsaw. She survives.
Saul lived most of his life in Warsaw until moving to Fort Wayne in 2004. He was employed as a head supervisor for Dalton Foundry, Warsaw. He enjoyed working and helping people with solving problems. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved food and enjoyed going out to eat and having fun.
Saul is survived by his wife: Becky Vallin, Fort Wayne; three sons: Izrael Vallin, Izaiah Vallin and Izequiel Vallin, all of Fort Wayne; his father and step mother: Salvadore and Luz Vallin, Warsaw; four brothers: Raul Ibarra, Alfredo Vallin, Manuel Vallin and Chava Vallin, all of Warsaw; four sisters: Marina Gonzalez, Warsaw; Maria Hinojosa, Detroit, Mich.; Martha Garza, Warsaw; and Irene Reyes, Warsaw.
He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers: Juan Ibarra and Jose Ybarra.
Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date.
