• Shaun Adam Hinson, 34, 809 E. Walnut St., Akron, arrested for dealing in a narcotic drug and possession of marijuana. Bond: $20,000
• Nicholas B. Richcreek, 27, 308 W. Pickwick Dr., Syracuse, arrested for dealing in a narcotic drug. Bond: $20,000

Sept. 23, 2013

• Brian James Marks, 24, 2144 Country Club Rd., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $500
• Paul Royse, 27, 747 CR 39, Waterloo, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300
• Logan Scott House, 19, 908 Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and theft under $100,000. Bond: $2,000
