The Whitko girls soccer team dropped a 2-1 final to Garrett Monday evening.

Jenny Brown tallied the lone goal for the host Wildcats. Reghan Craig picked up the assist on the score.

Keeper Jordan Hall had 10 saves in goal for the Wildcats.

Whitko, now 5-3-4 on the season, hosts Eastbrook Wednesday.

Tennis Team Edged By West Noble

The Whitko boys tennis team lost 3-2 to West Noble Monday.

Winning for the host Wildcats were senior Tyler Baugher and Blake Castle.

Baugher won 6-0, 6-3 at No. 1 singles, while Castle posted a 6-3, 7-5 victory at No. 2 singles.
