ELKHART – The Plymouth at Elkhart Memorial football game scheduled for tonight has been postponed until Saturday evening.

The Northern Lakes Conference game was rescheduled after lightning struck a transformer and electric box at Memorial High School on Thursday.

The game is now set for Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at EMHS.

The school was unsure when repairs could be made and lights restored to Charger Field. If repairs are not completed in time for the game Saturday to be played at Memorial, it will be moved to Rice Field at Elkhart Central High School.

Plymouth is 3-1 on the season, including a 1-1 mark in the NLC. Memorial sits at 1-3 overall and also at 1-1 in league play.
