Dave and Sally Reuter, owners of Alliance Comfort Solutions, have announced their recent agreement to purchase property and equipment from Wayne Ginter and Ginter Electric Service. 

Ginter Electric Service and the Ginter family have served the Warsaw area since 1950 for electrical, heating and cooling service needs. Reuter worked with Ginter for over 7 years and his early training in the HVAC and electrical fields was with Ginter.

Ginter hopes that Reuter and Alliance Comfort Solutions can continue to serve Ginter customers with honesty, integrity and with the same professional manner as the last 63 years. Reuter stated that, “Alliance Comfort Solutions is very happy and qualified to do so.”  

Reuter has worked in the HVAC field since 1984 and has owned and operated Alliance Comfort Solutions, located in Pierceton, since 2004.  Along with heating and air conditioning, Alliance also designs and fabricates all ducting and custom metal up to 16 gage steel in-house. Current customers include residential homes, multi-family residences, small and large churches, local schools, restaurants and commercial heating, cooling and ventilation projects.

He and his employees are anticipating bringing comfort to the homes of Alliance and Ginter Electric Service customers as well as any new customers. Alliance plans to move operations to 1001 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.
