Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center, a TLC Management facility, recently achieved a Deficiency Free Annual Survey from the Indiana State Department of Health. The ISDH ensures that nursing homes and senior care communities comply with mandatory state regulations. They conduct inspections, which are called surveys and evaluate the procedures and policies of the facility.

Of the 519 nursing facilities in Indiana, only 8.61 received the highly regarded recognition of Deficiency Free status in 2013.
