Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Wednesday, Sept. 4, 7:09 p.m. Police were called to a citizens assist in the 1000 block of Green Drive, Warsaw.
• Wednesday, Sept. 4, 6:03 p.m. Officers were called to a welfare check in the 900 block of Anchorage Road.
