Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will host the first of two Zumba Workshop sessions from 4:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 10-26, at the Pete Thorn Center Gym. The cost is $30 for all six sessions of the workshop.

Participants can get fit and have fun with this certified Zumba class. Zumba is a Latin-inspired fitness program that works with fun dance and Hip-Hop elements. This is an opportunity to try a fitness class in an non-intimidating environment. Step-by-step instruction will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring water and dress comfortably for each class.

Pre-registration is required by Sept. 9, or until the workshop is full. You may register by visiting the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department office, or you may print a registration form from the website and fax or email it to pay via credit card over the phone.
