ROCHESTER – The undefeated Warsaw girls golf team turned in another strong team performance Thursday.
Elizabeth Meadows earned medalist honors with a 44 as the Tigers topped both Wabash and Tippecanoe Valley in non-conference play at Round Barn.
Warsaw shot 180 for the second straight day to tie its season-best total. The Tigers, now 6-0 on the season, also shot 180 Wednesday in beating Huntington North.
Wabash shot 197 and Valley 231 in varsity action Thursday.
Nikki LaLonde and Alexis Manwaring each shot a 45 for the Tigers in the two wins. Kristen Watson finished with a 46 and Aarshia Jain a 47.
The Warsaw JV team collected two wins by shooting 236. Wabash shot 213, but only had three golfers and the Vikings did not field a JV team.
Miranda Domiano shot 55 for the Warsaw JV team, now 4-1. Lauren Shaffner fired a 57 and Morgen Fuentes and Maddie Graham each had a 62 for the winners.
Warsaw plays in the New Haven Invitational Saturday at McMilan Park in Fort Wayne.
