HUNTINGTON – Another strong team effort kept the Warsaw girls golf team unbeaten on the season Wednesday.

The Tigers easily defeated host Huntington North 180-212 in non-conference play at the LaFontaine Golf Club.

Nikki LaLonde and Elizabeth Meadows each shot 44 to lead the way to the win for Warsaw, now 4-0 on the season.

The Tigers also got nine-hole totals of 46 from both Alexis Manwaring and Kristen Watson in the victory.  Aarshia Jain shot 52 for Warsaw.

The Warsaw JV team posted a 244-253 win over the host Vikings.

Miranda Domiano shot a 55 to lead Warsaw to the JV win. Maddie Graham shot 59, while Lauren Shaffner came in with a 64 and Morgen Fuentes a 66 for the Tigers.

Warsaw faces Tippecanoe Valley and Wabash Thursday at Round Barn in Rochester at 4:30 p.m.
