Addison “Jeff” Warrix, 59, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, in his residence.
He was born July 19, 1954, to Add and Juanita (Joseph) Warrix in Paintsville, Ky. He is a lifetime residence of Kosciusko County, Ind.
Jeff was united in marriage to Teresa Arnett on July 25, 1978, in Warsaw. He worked in the RV industry. Jeff enjoyed playing his bass guitar, working on his truck and being with his family.
Jeff is survived by his wife: Teresa Warrix, Warsaw; a daughter: Heidi (Daniel) Blake, Warsaw; a son: Nathan (Mary) Warrix, Syracuse, Ind.; his brothers: Garry (Grace) Warrix, Abilene, Texas; and Jason (Hope) Davis, Findley, Ohio; and a grandson: Cayman Addison Blake.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 26, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. There will be a funeral service following at noon in the funeral home with Chaplain Forrest Tabor officiating. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
