The 23rd annual Cruisin’ Hoosiers Car Club Car and Motorcycle Show will be Saturday, Aug. 24, at Warsaw Autoplex, SR 15 North, Warsaw. The car show is a benefit for the Baker Youth Club in Warsaw.

Classic, vintage and muscle cars will be on display, as will motorcycles, from noon to 5 p.m. Over 2,000 attendees are expected to attend. Last year’s show raised approximately $19,000 for the BYC.

The Cruisin’ Hoosiers Car Club has been raising funds for charities since 1990. The event is an opportunity to bring the entire family out for some great food and fun, while seeing all the classic cars and motorcycles.

The day is filled with children’s activities, a DJ, entertainment and cool cars and motorcycles.

Baker Youth Club has been serving Kosciusko County youth since 1926. BYC has locations in Warsaw, Claypool, Leesburg, Milford, North Webster and Syracuse. Last year, BYC had nearly 1,000 children registered and averaged 300 children per night throughout Kosciusko County, while serving over 35,000 free snacks and juices and 6,000 free dinners.

BYC also has staff of certified teachers and teacher aids to assist students with homework. “The results of the homework program have been outstanding, and we are excited about the upcoming year,” said BYC Executive Director Tracy Furnivall.
