Thursday, Aug. 8, 4:14 p.m. South Roosevelt and East Market streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Kati Baker, 20, East Market Street, Warsaw; and Wei J. Feng, 50, East Laurien Court, Warsaw. Baker was backing out of a private drive when she struck Feng. Damages: up to $5,000
