Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Wednesday, July 31, 10:19 p.m. Officers responded to the 8300 block of South SR 19, Akron, to assist EMS on a drug problem.
• Sunday, July 28. An officer was called to assist with a golf cart accident involving a personal injury. The accident was in the 10200 block of North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse.

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Wednesday, July 31, midnight. A Warsaw Parks Department employee reported criminal mischief to the Gladys Ramsey Shelter at the Nye Youth Cabin at Center Lake. Damage was done to the wood frame plywood sheeting used for windows. Damages: $500
