Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Monday, 8:21 a.m. West U.S. 30 east of North 650 West, Atwood. Drivers: Jeremy K. Skiles, 39, East 550 North, Rochester; and Hayley H. Cooper, 23, North Mark Lane, Warsaw. Skiles was driving a semi that had a tire blow. Debris from the tire struck Cooper’s vehicle. Damages: up to $2,500

Monday, 9:09 a.m. Highland View Drive east of North Elwood Avenue. Driver: James L. Riegsecker, 58, Millersburg. Driver struck low hanging NIPSCO power lines which also knocked down a utility pole. Damages: up to $5,000

Monday, 1:36 p.m. West 400 South and South SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Bradley S. Lintemuth, 47, Elmdale Street, Grand Rapids, Mich.; and Donna F. Crum, 59, West Section Street, Claypool. Lintemuth collided with Crum’s vehicle. Damages: up to $5,000

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Monday, 1:42 a.m. 1095 W. CR 200 South, Warsaw. Driver: Stephanie I. Fisher, 42, Monroe Street, Sidney. Driver struck a deer. Damages: up to $5,000

Monday, 1:26 p.m. East Lake Drive and East Jefferson Street. Drivers: Shyanna M. Ballard, 19, West 700 South, Claypool; and Glenda M. Huffman, 49, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Ballard pulled from a stop sign into the path of Huffman’s vehicle. Ballard sustained an arm injury. Damages: up to $5,000
