Hostetler, TerryTerry D. Hostetler, 63, of Elmore City, Okla., and formerly of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:50 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Norman Regional Hospital, Norman, Okla.

He was born Jan. 22, 1950, in Fort Wayne, Ind., to  Merrill D. and Marjorie (Curtis) Hostetler. He graduated from Pierceton High School in Pierceton, Ind., in 1968.

On Sept. 6, 1969, he married Mary Espinoza in Pierceton. He served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971.

Terry worked at Dalton Foundry for 39 1/2 years retiring in 2013 as a mold technician. He also farmed and was a member of United Steelworkers Local 6805, National Cutting Horse Association and Packerton United Methodist Church. He loved being outdoors, being out on the farm raising cattle and bailing hay.

Terry was a wonderful and caring husband and father. The highlight of his life was attending his grandsons’ basketball and football games.

He is survived by his wife: Mary Hostetler, Elmore City, Okla., and Warsaw; two daughters: Marcia (Brian) Rhoades, Warsaw; and Sarah (CJ) Urbanek, Davis, Okla.; three grandsons: Riley Rhoades, Jack Rhoades and Jack Urbanek, all at home; and a brother: Gary Hostetler, Wynnewood, Okla.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation is planned for 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the funeral home with Rev. Bill Wood, former pastor of Packerton United Methodist Church, Packerton, Ind. Military honors will be conducted by Warsaw’s American Legion Post #49 and VFW Post #1126. Burial is in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
