Dorothy Wiltrout, 92, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, in her residence.
She was born Jan. 17, 1921, to Neal and Blanche (Briggs) Estlick in Whitley County, Ind.
On Aug. 24, 1946, she was united in marriage to H. Dale Wiltrout in the Palestine United Methodist Church. Dale preceded her on Feb. 10, 2007.
She loved to write poems, spend time with her family and especially enjoyed breakfast with her friends. She was member of the First United Methodist Church, Warsaw.
Survivors include a daughter: Suzanne Henk, Lafayette, Ind.; sons: Robert Wiltrout, Warsaw; and Thomas (Zoe) Wiltrout, Plainfield, Ind.; a sister: Lois Blanding, Cedar Springs, Mich.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a brother: Robert Estlick.
Visitation is planned for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Her funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Toni Carmer. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
