The Beachbody Certification Team of Santa Monica, Calif., recently commended Lori Tilden, independent Team Beachbody coach, of Warsaw for successfully completing the INSANITY Certification which earns her the opportunity to teach, coach and inspire others to get in the best shape of their life using the INSANITY fitness program.

Tilden joins the ranks of the most elite and coveted group of fitness instructors with only approximately 75 INSANITY certified instructors in the state of Indiana.

INSANITY is a MAX interval training program alternating aerobic and anaerobic intervals with explosive cardio and plyometric drills and nonstop intervals of strength, power, and resistance. With this certification, Tilden can bring “live” INSANITY workouts to Warsaw in small groups, fit clubs, gyms, churches or corporate fitness rooms. INSANITY joins the family of other popular Beachbody home workouts such as P90X and TurboFire.
