The Northern Indiana Lakes Festival is underway in Warsaw today and Sunday and there’s still plenty of fun to be had.

Events held earlier today were well attended at Center Lake Park where live entertainment continues through 8 p.m. tonight with performances by The Sock Monkeys, Adrienne Frailey and Ivory West.

On Sunday, the festival continues at The Village at Winona in Winona Lake where canoeing, kayaking and paddle boating will begin at 1 p.m. and be available for family fun through 6 p.m. Kids activities are set to include bounce houses, bubble art, fish coloring contest, goldfish races and more.

Play free cornhole all day, take part in the KCV Cycling Club Mountain Bike time trials at 1 p.m. Sunday, enjoy a performance by the Lake Area Community Band from 2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. on Auditorium Boulevard, lace up your running shoes for the ICDI’s Run for Others 5K Run/Walk which begins at 4 p.m., and surely don’t miss the Build-A-Boat race in the canal of Winona Lake that begins at 5:30 p.m.
