Arrest
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently made the following arrest:

Friday, May 31, 12:55 a.m. South Main Street. Upon conducting a traffic stop for a vehicle with no tail lights, the driver, Scott Mickley, no date of birth given, West Melwood Park, Kimmell, was found to be intoxicated with a BAC above .15 percent. He was arrested and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail, Warsaw.

Accident
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following accident:

Sunday, June 2, 3:05 p.m. South Main Street. Drivers: Phillip A. Marquell, Dell Cove Drive, Fort Wayne; and Niccole A. Pierre, West 100 North, Angola. No summary, ages or damage amounts given.

Incidents
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Friday, May 31, 11:26 a.m. East Huntington Street. Jean Lemmon reported a burlglary to residence. Nothing seems to be taken at this time.
• Thursday, May 30, EMS C 29A Lane, Warsaw. Kurtis Gunkel reported a fradulent check received for payment of items sold on Craig’s List.
